If you wish to make a return to receive a refund a request must be made via the contact us page within two weeks of receiving the product. After doing so, we will help you through the process.
Tea can only be returned if the product within the box itself is damaged or not able to be consumed. The customer is responsible for paying all relevant postage fees for return.
Tea Leo is not responsible for for orders that are undeliverable due to: incorrect addresses, and missing info.
